  During the training the students learn to practice Capoeira in all its aspects, physical and cultural. The athlets are introduced to all rythms utilized as part of the training. Capoeira balances the athlet’s physical and mental well being in all its aspects. Capoeira is a sport that needs rythm. For this reason that the constant usage of the Capoeira instruments is the milestone of its practice.
